Customer Order Processing Specialist

LHH is seeking a Contract-to-Hire Logistics Coordinator to support international trade and logistics operations. This role is well suited for candidates with experience in global shipping, trade documentation, and operational coordination within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

Support daily import and export operations and shipment tracking Prepare and review international shipping and trade documentation Order entry, as well as creating and processing purchase orders Coordinate with internal teams, carriers, and external partners Assist with compliance-related processes and trade requirements Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems Help troubleshoot and resolve shipment issues or discrepancies Qualifications:

Prior experience in import/export, international logistics, or global supply chain operations Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Clear written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar systems preferred Position Details:
