Position Overview
Personal Banker – Retail Branch, Fairfield, Ohio.
Job Description
Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience and identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, using a defined sales process to heighten client loyalty.
Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet by performing lobby engagement and positioning PNC products to meet needs.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively.
Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment and ensuring efficient and accurate branch operations.

Work Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience. Associate’s degree or related knowledge preferred; military service considered.
Education: No degree required.
Certifications & Licenses: None required; subject to additional background checks per Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
Compensation and Benefits Base Salary: $44,720 – $57,500. Incentive eligible.
