We are hiring a self‑motivated, personable, and customer‑focused
Leasing Specialist
to support the day‑to‑day operations of a busy apartment community. This role is ideal for someone with leasing, sales, or customer service experience who is energetic, professional, and results‑driven.
Schedule Full time. Weekdays and some Saturdays required.

Key Responsibilities
Market and promote apartment homes to achieve maximum occupancy
Tour prospective residents and follow up on leads
Prepare, process, and review leases and related documentation
Handle move‑ins, move‑outs, and lease renewals
Collect rent and assist with delinquent accounts under the direction of the Property Manager
Maintain resident files, ledgers, and cash receipt records
Answer phones and perform general office and administrative duties
Make money deposits in accordance with company policy
Build positive relationships with residents and provide outstanding customer service
Ensure the community is clean, safe, and well‑maintained
Adhere to company policies, accounting procedures, budgets, and
Fair Housing laws
Report accidents, emergencies, or safety concerns immediately
Maintain a strong safety mindset, including proper use of PPE when required
Perform additional duties as assigned
Position Goals
Maintain strong resident relations and trust
Achieve maximum occupancy with minimal vacancy and credit loss
Operate within established budgets and company guidelines

Qualifications
Prior leasing experience
Strong sales and communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Availability to work weekdays and Saturdays
Ability to pass background and drug screening
Experience with
RealPage
property management software is a plus
Physical Requirements This position requires frequent mobility, including:
Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and tour apartments
Ability to lift, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, team members, vendors, and management
