
Customer Service Representative

What You’ll Be Doing:

Facilitation of day-to-day operations supporting customer service job functions, which include but are not limited to:
Providing quotation requests, create and process all new orders, complete order verification process, invoice all completed shipments.
Answering customer inquiries via email and telephone.
Executing customer service tasks.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing specific needs.
Who We Are Looking For:
Education and/ or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 3-5 years’ experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail.
High level of reliability.
Ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated.
Ability to work both in a team environment and work independently.
Must demonstrate leadership traits – communicates well, is dependable, leads by example, enthusiastic, shows initiative and integrity while performing responsibilities of the position.
Demonstrates the ability to problem solve with minimal to no assistance.
Must demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
Exercises sound judgment, know when to request assistance, and when to make a decision.
Knowledge of ERP & SAP software (Preferred, but not required).
Knowledge of MS Office software.
Understanding of international trade and customs regulations.
