Healthcare Customer Service Representative

We’re hiring a dependable Customer Service Representative to support one of our national clients. In this role, you’ll be helping customers over the phone, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through their online portal so they feel confident using it.

This is a fully remote position, and we’ll provide the equipment you need to get started.

Pay:

$17–$20/hour

Schedule:

Must be available to work EST hours

Remote (must be located in Florida)

Equipment:

Provided — just need reliable, high-speed internet

What you’ll do

Answer inbound and make outbound calls while providing a positive experience

Help providers with authorizations, troubleshooting, referrals

Troubleshoot issues and document interactions accurately

Must have Requirements

High School Diploma or GED (or higher)

Call Center Experience

Corporate Customer Service Experience

Nice to have Experience

Healthcare Industry experience

Military or Veteran background is highly valued
