Experience in resolving Active Directory 360 issues. Experience with Bitlocker, MFA & Google DUO. Experience with autopilot. Experience in resolving Level 1 / Level 2 password, access & general laptop issues. Must have experience in supporting hybrid/Remote users in a large enterprise environment.
