Job Description Primary involves driving a company van to client locations, picking up and dropping off documents.

Secondary responsibilities for this position do not include driving and performing mail clerk duties.

Drive to client locations, including backing up the Tucson Route.

Perform incoming and outgoing deliveries.

Perform various Mail Center activities such as sorting, metering, folding, inserting, delivery, pickup, etc.

Lift heavy boxes, files, or paper when needed.

Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude.

Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high-volume environment.

Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines.

Adhere to all safety procedures.

Take direction from supervisor or site manager.

Maintain all logs and documentation with attention to detail.

Participate in cross-training and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Operate mailing equipment and handle shipping & receiving.

Handle time-sensitive material such as confidential, urgent packages.

Perform other tasks as assigned.

Sort and deliver mail and small packages.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum of 6 months of customer service or related experience.

Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint preferred).

Experience running mail posting equipment is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to lift up to 55 lbs with or without accommodations.

Ability to work effectively individually or in a team environment.

Competency in performing multiple functional tasks.

Ability to meet employer's attendance policy.
