274179Biloxi, Mississippi**The SHOW comes alive at MGM Resorts International****THE JOB:**Step into a dynamic leadership role as an ***Assistant Executive Steward***, where you will guide the heart of our Food & Beverage operations—our Stewarding team. In this pivotal position, you will help oversee departmental functions, support team development, and ensure our kitchens, equipment, and back-of-house operations run seamlessly.
