Join Our Team as a Customer Experience Representative – Elevate Customer Satisfaction and Drive Success!

What You’ll Do

Receive and accurately enter purchase orders into SAP, ensuring all shipping, billing, and order details are precise

Generate and send timely order acknowledgments and invoices via customer-preferred communication channels

Collaborate proactively with internal teams—including supply chain, credit, logistics, demand planning, sales, and marketing—as well as external partners like warehouses and carriers

Provide basic support to supply chain operations, including guidance on procurement portals, SAP support, and documentation

Identify opportunities for process improvements within order fulfillment and contribute to continuous enhancement efforts

Serve as a trainer and knowledge sharer, strengthening team capabilities and best practices

Support a diverse customer base both domestically and internationally with strong problem‑solving skills and interpersonal aptitude

Required Skills

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

Demonstrated problem‑solving and interpersonal skills

Detail‑oriented with excellent organization and prioritization abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with personal computers

Solid understanding of customer service principles; familiarity with SAP and basic transportation concepts is preferred

Nice To Have Skills

Experience working in manufacturing or export environments

Knowledge of SAP, incoterms, shipping modes, and supply chain processes

Experience supporting international clients and navigating logistics portals

Preferred Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED required

Minimum of 4 years in customer service roles, preferably within manufacturing or export industries

Other Requirements

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting

Proactive mindset, with a focus on delivering superior service and identifying risks early

Willingness to learn and share best practices with colleagues
