Hiring for an in‑person role in San Antonio, Texas only, with potential for hybrid schedule after 90 days.

Hourly plus incentives (eligible after 90 days of employment).

Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls to customers to establish payment arrangements on past‑due credit card and installment loans.

Document all collection activities in a concise and accurate manner utilizing available systems and tools.

Work to reduce delinquency on past‑due loans.

Perform skip‑tracing activities.

Identify and report collection‑related issues to supervisor.

Prepare supporting documents required on legal and repossessed accounts.

Work to recover charged‑off loans.

Maintain working relationships with the customer to resolve specific cardholder issues.

Review reason for delinquency and propose payment program to assist member.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED required with some college credit preferred.

One plus (1+) years experience in a credit card and/or consumer loan collection environment.

Two years experience in an office environment, preferably in a financial institution.
