What You’ll Do The Resident Manager position is a part‑time, live‑on‑site role responsible for the overall condition and environment of the building in which the Resident Manager resides. The role requires self‑motivation, strong organization, effective communication, and the ability to learn quickly. Compensation for this position is provided via highly reduced or free housing in the building to which you are assigned, subject to occupancy rules.
Your Day‑to‑Day May Include
Perform daily inspections of the property and its grounds (~6 days a week)
Perform light maintenance and cleaning
Ensure the property operates in accordance with set policies and procedures
Act as a liaison between the Property Manager and the residents
Receive maintenance requests from residents, verify work, and coordinate vendors
Requirements
Previous experience as a resident manager, property ownership with hands‑on maintenance, or experience working for a property‑management company strongly preferred
Strong sense of ownership, extremely detail‑oriented, and results driven
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
