What You’ll Do
The Resident Manager position is a part-time, live-on-site role responsible for the overall condition and environment of the building. You must be self-motivated, organized, value communication, and have the ability to learn quickly. Compensation for this position is provided as highly reduced or free housing in the building you’re assigned to as a Resident Manager (occupancy rules apply).
Your Day-to-day May Include
Perform daily inspections of the property and its grounds (approximately 6 days a week)
Perform light maintenance and cleaning
Ensure the property operates in accordance with set policies and procedures
Act as a liaison between the Property Manager and the residents
Receive maintenance requests from residents, verify work, and coordinate vendors
What You Bring
Previous experience as a resident manager, or property ownership with hands-on maintenance, or experience working for a property management company strongly preferred
Possess a strong sense of ownership, extremely detail oriented and results driven
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills

The expected compensation for this position is $19.18, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
