As a
Customer Service Representative I , you will focus on supporting our customers and independent sales and service representatives with orders, follow-up, and general questions. This role is ideal for a proactive problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about enhancing customer satisfaction. Process complex service requests that require a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Manage the service request process from gathering specifications to assisting with claims and every step in between, follow up as needed. Build relationships with customers (internal & external) by maintaining a superior level of customer service. Resolve all order issues and customer satisfaction concerns. Confer with customers and Hunter service representatives via telephone or email to provide information needed, work within a call queue system. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
What You’ll Bring: High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service preferred. Excellent organizational skills as well as written and verbal communications skills. Must have good interpersonal skills when interacting with customers. Ability to work well in a team environment. A detail-oriented professional who takes initiative in proposing solutions to challenges. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) Benefits
