Overview We are seeking a

Bilingual Account Manager

to join a dynamic, customer‑focused team supporting global accounts, with a primary focus on South America. In this role you will manage customer relationships end‑to‑end—processing orders, preparing quotes, and serving as a trusted point of contact for Spanish‑ and English‑speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary account owner for a designated territory, supporting approximately 500 customers (both repeat and one‑time orders).

Assist customers in identifying the correct parts and solutions for their needs.

Process orders and create customer quotes using SAP or a similar ERP system.

Communicate proactively with customers via email regarding order status, shipping schedules, and required documentation.

Maintain accurate data entry and organized account records for global customers.

Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales and engineering, to support bilingual communication for South American accounts.

Participate in weekly product and technical training sessions to maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge.

Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.

Build strong, professional, long‑term customer relationships within assigned accounts.

Required Qualifications

Conversational fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written).

3+ years of experience in account management, client services, order entry, or a similar customer‑facing role.

Experience using SAP or another ERP system for order processing and quote creation.

Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent written communication skills, particularly in professional email correspondence.

Proven ability to manage a territory and maintain multiple customer relationships simultaneously.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blaine, MN.

Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
