Job Summary Blondie’s Salon & Spa is seeking a highly organized, performance‑driven Guest Experience & Sales Manager to lead front desk operations, elevate guest experience, and drive sales performance. This role combines leadership, culture, and revenue generation into one position responsible for both team development and measurable business outcomes. The Guest Experience & Sales Manager ensures every guest interaction reflects Blondie’s brand standards while actively contributing to business growth through pre‑booking, retail sales, and client retention. This is not a traditional front desk role. This position is designed for someone who wants to lead, perform, and directly impact business results.
Compensation & Earning Potential
Hourly Pay:
$15.00/hour (front desk hours)
Leadership Bonus:
$875/month (guaranteed)
Performance Bonus:
Up to $875/month based on KPI achievement
Total Earning Potential
$34,000 – $44,000+ annually , depending on performance
Top performers who consistently hit KPI targets will earn at the higher end of this range.
Work Schedule This role includes both front desk responsibilities and dedicated leadership/manager time.

Manager Time (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
Tuesday:
Front Desk (9:20 AM – 3:00 PM)
Wednesday:
Front Desk (9:20 AM – 3:00 PM)
Thursday:
Front Desk (9:20 AM – 3:00 PM)
Friday:
Manager Time (10:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
Total: 25 hours per week
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Operations
Oversee daily front desk operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and consistency
Lead, coach, and hold front desk team accountable to performance standards
Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with front desk team members using structured templates
Maintain and update front desk KPI tracking systems and prepare for weekly performance reviews
Audit front desk checklists and workflows; document and communicate performance concerns
Create and manage weekly front desk schedules
Attend weekly leadership meetings, monthly team meetings, and quarterly leadership meetings
Complete administrative and operational tasks during designated manager time
Maintain visual standards, seasonal décor, and front desk presentation
Sales & Revenue Generation
Drive retail sales and service upgrades through confident, consistent recommendations
Ensure guests are pre‑booked before leaving to support retention and utilization
Track and actively work toward achieving monthly KPI targets (pre-book % and retail sales)
Follow up with guests via calls, texts, and emails to increase retention and rebooking
Encourage client referrals, online reviews, and long‑term relationship building
Lead by example in sales behavior and guest communication
Coach team members to improve sales performance and consistency
Guest Experience & Culture
Deliver a polished, high‑end guest experience as the first and last impression of Blondie’s
Foster a positive, high‑energy, and accountable front desk culture
Train new front desk hires on systems, communication standards, and guest experience expectations
Handle client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain consistency in communication, tone, and service across all guest interactions
Support internal culture initiatives including team recognition, events, and celebrations
Marketing & Talent Collaboration
Collaborate with leadership on marketing strategy and monthly content direction
Develop and post weekly social media content related to culture, hiring, and promotions
Support salon promotions and guest engagement initiatives
Partner with HR on recruiting efforts, job fairs, and talent strategy when needed
Plan and coordinate team events, recognition efforts, and internal celebrations
Administrative & Ongoing Responsibilities
Complete weekly bank deposits and cash handling responsibilities
Manage bridal inquiries, contracts, and coordination with service providers
Audit schedules for accuracy, overlap, and booking optimization
Assist with events such as apprentice graduations, team celebrations, and business initiatives
Maintain and update training materials, SOPs, and front desk systems quarterly
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in leadership, sales, or customer service roles
Strong sales ability with confidence in recommending services and retail products
Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Experience with booking systems, CRM, or salon software preferred
Passion for guest experience, team culture, and performance
Performance Expectations
Achievement of monthly KPI targets (pre-book percentage and retail sales)
Consistent execution of leadership responsibilities and team development
Positive guest experience and client retention
