
Business Development Representative (Independence Title – San Antonio Area)

Independence Title in the San Antonio area, a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking a Business Development Representative.
Responsibilities
Daily performance of all related marketing and sales promotion of your branches, staff, and the company as a whole.
Recruiting new business consistently.
Servicing selected current accounts as determined by Company.
Working closely with Escrow Teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Monitoring daily reports to maintain existing business and identify new business/lost business opportunities and client trends
Attending events/functions for networking and business development, including evenings, team and one‑on‑one meetings, all as directed by management.
Maintaining internal accountability—reporting, CRM/systems use, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
We are seeking an experienced, energetic and self‑motivated professional with exceptional in‑person, phone, and written communication skills, along with a proactive approach to problem‑solving that ensures a positive and seamless closing experience for our customers.
Candidate must represent the company with professionalism through appearance, actions and conduct in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
Candidate will build and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing clients while fostering new connections.
A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Minimum of three years of sales experience is required.
Basic knowledge of the Title Insurance Industry is strongly preferred.
Microsoft Suite proficient.
Basic knowledge of various CRM systems a plus.
Reliable transportation required.
