Business Development Representative (Independence Title - San Antonio Area)

Independence Title in the San Antonio area, a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking a Business Development Representative. Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions. Responsibilities Daily performance of all related marketing and sales promotion of your branches, staff, and the company as a whole. Recruiting new business consistently. Servicing selected current accounts as determined by Company. Working closely with Escrow Teams to ensure client satisfaction. Monitoring daily reports to maintain existing business and identify new business/lost business opportunities and client trends Attending events/functions for networking and business development, including evenings, team and one‑on‑one meetings, all as directed by management. Maintaining internal accountability—reporting, CRM/systems use, and regulatory compliance.
