Position Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Online Order Fulfillment Associate to support our growing e-commerce operations. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders placed online, ensuring accuracy, speed, and a high-quality customer experience. Responsibilities
Pick items from the sales floor or stockroom based on online orders Accurately pack, wrap, and label shipments for delivery or in-store pickup Track shipments and troubleshoot lost or delayed packages Process returns by examining garments for wear, issuing refunds, and updating stock levels Maintain organization of inventory and backstock to support both sales staff and efficient operations Communicate with team members regarding order status and any inventory or stock issues Ensure all orders are fulfilled within required timeframes while maintaining accuracy Assist with restocking and general store support as needed Wrap orders according to brand standards, requirements, and priority level Handle basic tech systems (Shopify POS, order management apps, scanners, and printers) Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs. Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic comfort with technology (tablets, apps, POS systems) Availability for weekends and peak retail periods Previous retail or warehouse experience (preferred) Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, order apps) Strong time management and multitasking skills Fast and accurate under pressure Reliable and punctual Team-oriented but able to work independently Takes pride in efficiency and organization Benefits
