We are looking to add a Rental Specialist to our growing team in South Florida.

This opportunity is ideal for real estate agent who wants hands‑on experience, strong lead flow, and full training while building a career in real estate.
This role is focused primarily on handling all rental business, including tenant representation and rental listings. We provide rental leads, systems, training, and support.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound rental leads provided by the team
Qualify tenants and match them with available properties
Schedule and conduct showings and open doors
Submit offers and assist with lease transactions
Manage rental listings in the MLS
Communicate with landlords, property managers, and other agents
Follow up with prospects and update the CRM
Convert rental clients into future buyer clients
Option to work with buyer clients as opportunities come up
Requirements
Willing to work Broward and Palm Beach counties (Miami‑Dade is a plus)
Motivated, organized, and coachable
Reliable transportation and flexible schedule
