Responsibilities
Asset Protection Security:
Possesses knowledge of asset protection policies and guidelines. Supports facility security staff, monitors access control equipment, and ensures compliance with environmental health and safety laws.
Employee Health & Safety:
Applies OSHA guidelines; conducts safety audits, reviews emergency plans, maintains a directory of emergency personnel, and interfaces with workers’ compensation.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Engages stakeholders, owns project delivery, supports process updates, and demonstrates functional knowledge of the business unit.
Data & Digital Literacy:
Gathers, interprets, and reports data in digital environments; ensures data integrity across systems and identifies opportunities for automation.
EHS Training Delivery:
Supports training program activities, solicits participant feedback, and maintains repositories of best‑practice training materials.
Communications:
Organizes thoughts, presents to and influences teammates and partners, and provides constructive feedback using relevant data.
Process Improvement:
Implements process improvement strategies, participates in investigations, and leads root‑cause analysis under guidance.
Environmental Protection:
Follows environmental policies, handles regulatory inquiries, and promotes environmental initiatives.
Operational Excellence:
Explains operational functions, clarifies roles, describes interdependence of functions, and locates SOP/OBW information.
Ethical Compliance:
Implements company policies and standards of integrity, and applies the Open Door Policy.
Team Collaboration:
Builds trusting relationships, communicates with impact, and supports team goals.

Minimum Qualifications
6 months experience as a Walmart associate OR 1 year’s work experience or coursework in criminal justice, loss prevention/asset protection, safety, compliance, or security‑related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Work experience or coursework in criminal justice, loss prevention/asset protection, safety, compliance, or security‑related field.
