We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our growing financial services team. In this role, you will work directly with business owners to provide funding solutions that help them grow and manage cash flow. Key Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities
Conduct outbound calls and follow up on inbound leads
Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate funding solutions
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Qualifications
1+ years of sales experience (financial services, MCA, or B2B sales preferred)
Must have a College Degree
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Self-motivated with a competitive, Goal‑oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of business finance is a plus
CRM experience is preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $40,000 – $70,000 (based on experience)
Uncapped commission structure with ability to make $150,000- $300,000
