Overview
Altaire is currently seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team at our Altaire and Sage properties in Arlington, VA!
Responsibilities
Touring prospective residents throughout each building and leasing apartments
Answering leasing calls and responding to online inquiries
Processing applications, preparing lease paperwork, and generating weekly/monthly reports
Resolving resident issues or concerns
Coordinating and following up on maintenance requests for residents
Marketing the community through online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social media
Qualifications
1 to 3 years’ experience in Community Management
Experience with high rise lease-up preferred
Knowledge of Yardi Software
Working knowledge of LRO is a plus
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Availability to work most weekends (2 days off during the week)
Availability to work during inclement weather
