$22.00 - $27.00 per hour Job Description
As NFM’s Sales Support Administrative Specialist, you will provide administrative support to the General Sales Manager, General Floor Manager and the division. You will perform data entry, file paperwork and maintain databases, and audit/reconcile credit card purchases and process for payment. Job Duties
Monitor Utilise NFM information systems to gather and prepare necessary data and reports for management Generate sales performance reports, (e.g., Sales & Productivity reports, RAD, average ticket, etc.) daily, weekly, monthly or annually Complete various departmental projects as assigned, ensuring projects are tracked and completed in a timely manner Assist sales staff and managers in research or issue resolution May perform basic analysis of reports and provide analysis to the GSM Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love—because that’s what we love. Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred 3 years office/clerical experience 2 years customer service experience preferred Computer skills to include advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point) Ability to enter data quickly and accurately Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs Pre‑employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check Benefits
