Job Description
The Customer Service Representative is a full-time entry‑level position at LendNation, located at Store 0501, 11824 Blue Ridge Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64134. We are looking for a team player with a mature work ethic, integrity, an encouraging personality, and exceptional customer service skills.
Responsibilities
Complete cash transactions for customers.
Initiate customer loans.
Contact customers about past‑due payments.
Work rotating shifts and some Saturdays; Sundays off.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills.
Cash‑handling experience.
Proficiency in operating computers and standard office equipment.
Safe, reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Reliable attendance.
At least 18 years of age.
Proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States.
