Customer Service Representative

Job Summary Provide internal and external customers with a single point of contact regarding order administration, pricing and other non‑technical service issues. Proactively manage customer needs, identify issues and provide resolutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

Customer support via phone and email

Processing customer orders in a timely and accurate manner

Follow‑up and coordination of problematic orders

Coordinate with the Workshop to ensure customer‑requested delivery dates are met

Assist other departments from time to time as required (warehouse, assembly, etc.)

Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time, with or without notice, as determined by business needs

Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and Ethical Standards Ensure compliance with the Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, and ethical standards of the group are sustainable and world‑leading.

Organization This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
