Chick-fil-A Director of Sales and Brand Growth
This role focuses on building connections with local businesses and organizations, managing catering sales, and overseeing community outreach and donation efforts. The ideal candidate enjoys networking, organizing events, and giving back, and is committed to Chick-fil-A's values and culture.
This position requires Monday - Saturday open availability!
Your Impact
Restaurant leadership in all aspects of the store, with knowledge of Front of House (FOH) and Heart of House (HOH) operations.
Delivering operational excellence and ensuring a remarkable guest experience across FOH and BOH.
Build high-performance teams and coach leaders for FOH or BOH.
Develop relationships with local businesses, schools, churches, and nonprofits to promote catering and delivery.
Manage and grow catering and group order sales.
Represent Chick-fil-A Treetops at community events and business functions.
Lead community outreach efforts, including planning and attending local events.
Manage the donation strategy, reviewing requests, and coordinating food and sponsorship donations.
Collaborate with the leadership team to align outside sales and catering events with in-store operations.
Track sales, set goals, and explore opportunities to improve results.
Ensure outreach, events, and sales reflect Chick-fil-A’s service and care standards.
Develop creative ways to grow presence and support in the community.
Be willing to serve in the restaurant alongside the team when needed.
Lead a team of 50+ with an inspiring vision, coaching, and accountability to high standards.
Maintain a work environment that promotes food and team safety.
Grow the Hospitality Program and drive hospitality as a business driver.
Increase overall restaurant results by working cross-functionally with other department leaders and setting high-level goals.
Hospitality experience is preferred; catering experience is a bonus.
Demonstrated passion for Chick-fil-A’s values.
