We are looking for a Reliable, Detail-Oriented Temporary Marketing Operations Coordinator to join a leading wealth management firm on a part-time remote basis. This role provides essential support to our marketing merger process.

Job Details

Position: Temporary Marketing Operations Coordinator

Contract: Temporary / Immediate start

Hours: 10–20 hours per week, with at least half during normal business hours (ET)

Location: Remote (part-time)

Salary: $22–$25 per hour

Responsibilities

Monitor and audit shared files in Box.com to track incoming assets.

Flag missing or incomplete information and inform team members.

Coordinate task management across Box.com, Asana, and Smartsheet.

Review headshot photos in Adobe Photoshop to verify quality standards.

Maintain digital asset libraries.

Collaborate with internal teams.

Qualifications

Experience navigating and managing files within Box.com.

Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Smartsheet.

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop.

Basic WordPress skills to edit pages.

Experience in corporate or professional services industries.

Experience with mergers, rebranding initiatives, or marketing transitions.

Prior experience supporting a marketing, communications, or branding team is highly preferred.
