Job Details
We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Temporary Marketing Operations Coordinator to join the team on a part‑time REMOTE basis. This role provides essential support to our marketing merger process.
Hours: 10-20 hours per week, with at least half of these hours during normal business hours (ET)
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and audit shared files in Box.com to track incoming assets
Flag missing or incomplete information and inform team members
Coordinate task management across Box.com, Asana and Smartsheet
Review headshot photos in Adobe Photoshop to verify quality standards
Maintain digital asset libraries
Collaborate with internal teams
Qualifications
Experience navigating and managing files within Box.com
Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Smartsheet
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
Basic WordPress skills to edit pages
Experience in corporate or professional services industries
Experience with mergers, rebranding initiatives or marketing transitions in a PLUS
Prior experience supporting a marketing, communications or branding team is highly preferred
