Marketing Operations Intern (Full-Time, Remote – 40h/week)

Marketing Operations Intern (m/f)
to support our brand’s development across Iberia, Greece, Baltics, South‑Eastern and Eastern Europe.
What You’ll Do As a Marketing Operations Intern, you will work closely with our EU Marketing Manager and contribute to a wide range of operational marketing initiatives aimed at promoting our PV (Photovoltaic) solutions in Iberia, Greece, Baltics, South‑Eastern and Eastern Europe.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Supporting the planning and coordination of trade shows, conferences, and partner events.
Helping with marketing finance tasks, including vendor payments and contract execution.
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams across Europe in a remote, fast‑paced work environment.
Coordinate with media partners and external agencies, helping manage marketing collaborations, advertising placements, and editorial content submissions.
Contribute to social media and emailing marketing campaigns planning and content including drafting posts, engaging with the audience, and monitoring performance analytics.
Participate in regular team meetings to brainstorm campaign ideas and align regional marketing efforts across platforms and markets.
What We’re Looking For
You are a student or recent graduate in
Marketing, Business Administration, International Business , or a related field.
You are highly‑motivated and interested in the Renewable Energy sector.
You bring previous experience from a marketing internship, academic project, or student initiative.
You are proactive, well‑organized, and detail‑oriented, with a strong team spirit and a solution‑driven mindset.
You feel comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
Advanced English
(spoken and written) is a must.
