Compensation and Schedule
4 weeks of paid training to build product knowledge and sales skills
Uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential
Performance-based weekly and monthly bonuses that reward top results
Five-day work week with a consistent retail schedule
What You’ll Do
Greet and engage customers in a professional and approachable way
Build trust and guide customers through the buying process
Actively work to close every opportunity and maximize each sale
Stay knowledgeable on products and clearly communicate value
Follow up on open orders and maintain customer relationships
Maintain energy, focus, and professionalism throughout your shift
What We’re Looking For
Highly motivated and competitive with a strong desire to earn
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-driven with a high level of accountability
Coachable and open to feedback to improve performance
Ability to stay focused and engaged in a fast-paced environment
