Rate : DOE The Lead Product Manager is responsible for the planning, strategy, and execution of one or more products throughout the entire product lifecycle. This includes ownership across all phases of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC), including discovery, backlog management, design, requirements definition, engineering collaboration, and production delivery. This role partners closely with technology, business, and cross-functional stakeholders to define product vision, develop strategic roadmaps, and prioritize development initiatives. The Lead Product Manager ensures alignment across teams and drives the successful delivery of high-impact products that meet business objectives and user needs. Job Responsibilities " Partner with engineering, UX/design, and business stakeholders to deliver products that solve critical business problems and provide exceptional user experiences.
" Lead the product discovery process, translating business needs and user insights into clear product requirements and solutions.
" Define and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
" Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, technical effort, and delivery timelines.
" Guide cross-functional teams during development to ensure product goals and business outcomes are achieved.
" Drive continuous product improvement through user research, feedback, and data-driven insights.
" Support business case development, budgeting, and investment planning for product initiatives.
" Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to ensure products are delivered on time, at quality, and aligned with stakeholder expectations. Qualifications " Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
" Master's degree preferred.
" 7 10 years of product management experience, preferably in technology-driven environments.
" Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex problems into actionable solutions.
" Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across technical and business teams.
" Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
" Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
" Proven experience building cross-functional relationships that improve product outcomes.
" Proficiency in technical product documentation, including functional requirements, workflows, and use cases.
