Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant

Location: Remote CST or PST (Flexibility required to collaborate with teams in different time zones (India, Canada, Mexico)

Duration: 8 months (depending on scope and number of countries)

Travel / Onsite: Occasional travel may be required for key weeks during the program and go-live.

Brief Scope of Project

Divestiture project involving the implementation of the full SAP SuccessFactors suite, including Employee Central, for the U.S. population, alongside optimization of the existing SuccessFactors solution in Mexico. The project will also involve data separation/migration from the parent company, alignment of HR processes, and integration with downstream systems.

Must Have

" 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations

" Proven experience leading at least 2 full end-to-end Employee Central implementations

" SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification

" Strong hands-on configuration experience (Foundation Objects, MDF, workflows, business rules)

" Deep understanding of Core HR processes (employee lifecycle, organizational management)

" Experience leading workshops with business stakeholders and global teams

" Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore)

" Experience with data migration and data validation

" Good communication skills

Nice to Have

" SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification

" Experience with integrations (SAP CPI, APIs, middleware)

" Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Time, Compensation, Payroll)

" Experience with reporting tools (People Analytics, Story Reports)

" Spanish skills

Job Responsibilities

" Lead Employee Central implementation end-to-end

" Facilitate design workshops and define solutions with business stakeholders (Explore phase)

" Oversee system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment

" Ensure solution quality and alignment with business requirements

" Manage risks, issues, and project dependencies for the workstream

" Support data migration workstream

" Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders

" Ensure adoption of SuccessFactors leading practices
