Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter
to join our team. This role is critical in helping us continue our growth by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments, including billing, operations, and support roles. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline Improve and streamline recruiting processes Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Qualifications: Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency) Strong understanding of hiring strategies and sourcing techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities Experience hiring for healthcare or medical billing roles is a plus Highly organized and detail-oriented What We Offer: Competitive salary Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling company Collaborative and supportive work environment Exposure to leadership and strategic hiring decisions How to Apply: Please submit your resume along with a brief summary of your recruiting experience.
