Home Buying Specialist / Senior Acquisitions Agent

This is a full-time, in-office sales role based in Houston, TX. You will be on the phone every day talking to homeowners across the greater Houston area, building rapport, uncovering motivation, running property evaluations, and negotiating cash purchase agreements. This is not a passive role. You are the engine.

If you have a track record of closing in a high-volume phone sales environment and you are ready to channel that skill into something with real earning upside and room to grow, this is your seat.

No real estate license required. We will train the right person on everything they need to know about our market and our process. What we cannot train are work ethic, coachability, and hunger. You need to bring those yourself.

Compensation-$2,500/month base (first 90 days) + 6%10% commission + bonuses

Responsibilities: Make and receive high-volume outbound and inbound calls with motivated home sellers Build genuine rapport and uncover each seller's true motivation, timeline, and situation Analyze properties, pull comps, and determine accurate cash offer values Present and negotiate offers with confidence and care Manage your pipeline in Salesforce, keeping every lead tracked, followed up, and moving forward Hit and exceed daily KPIs: 75 dials per day, 1.5 hours of talk time per day Deliver a minimum of 8 offers and 3 signed contracts per month Respond to new leads within 24 hours, every time Hand off re-engaged leads to senior team members with a clean, detailed summary Attend weekly Monday morning acquisitions meetings at 9:30 AM in the office Represent Greenlight Offer with professionalism on every call and in every interaction

Qualifications: This role is not for someone looking for a bridge job. We are building a team of long-term players who want to grow with the company. Here is what we need from you:

You must have: Minimum 2 years of high-volume, results-driven phone sales experience A documented track record of closing and hitting targets Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly over the phone The ability to handle rejection and stay consistent through high call volume Proficiency with CRM tools or the ability to learn them quickly Reliable transportation to our Houston office Available to work in the office Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (arriving after 9:30 AM is considered late) Friday is work from home, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
