We're looking for someone who already understands roofing someone who: Knows what a good install looks like (and what a bad one looks like) Takes pride in doing things the right way Doesn't need to be micromanaged If you're the person on the jobsite who: Fixes problems others miss Cares about details Gets frustrated when work is rushed or sloppy ...you'll fit here. You'll be the go-to person on-site to make sure jobs are done right. Oversee 12 roofing crews per day Check materials, layout, and job readiness Be present on installs not stuck behind a desk Catch mistakes before they turn into problems Do final walkthroughs to ensure quality Communicate with homeowners during the job This is a field-first role you'll spend your time on jobs, not in meetings.
