Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Required

Previous shipping, receiving, and stockroom experience Previous inventory management experience Understanding stock organization, counting, and tracking Experience with barcode scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus Physical stamina & material handling Ability to lift, carry, and move goods safely (often 2550 lbs) Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks for long periods High attention to detail Picking and packing the correct items accurately Checking for damages, labeling correctly, and avoiding shipping errors Previous equipment operation experience Ability (or willingness to learn) to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks Following safety procedures while using equipment Teamwork & communication Coordinating with supervisors, drivers, and other warehouse staff Following instructions and communicating issues clearly
Job Summary
The role involves receiving, identifying, storing, distributing, inventorying, picking, packing, and shipping materials, supplies, components, and equipment efficiently. Job Responsibilities
Assist in Shipping or Receiving when needed Read appropriate warehouse documentation to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed or shipped Move items to appropriate areas Record amounts of materials or items moved into computer database Assist in conducting physical inventories and cycle counts Assist with maintaining inventory records by posting materials received and disbursed, writing shortage lists, and distributing them as required Maintain the warehouse in a clean, orderly, and safe manner Responsible for safely operating the warehouse machinery and reporting any equipment maintenance or problems to your immediate supervisor Perform other work-related tasks as assigned Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures
Facility Specific Responsibilities
Usual workday length is 8-10 hours, which will consist of standing, sitting, kneeling, bending, pushing/pulling, twisting, overhead reaching, and lifting a maximum weight of 40 pounds
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED Warehouse experience desired Willingness to be cross-trained Computer literate (Word, Excel, and Outlook), a plus Shipping and receiving experience, a plus Inventory background (cycle count), a plus Forklift experience, a plus
