What you will be doing: Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects Perform accurate quantity take-offs Analyze project budgets and manage cost-related data Collaborate with project managers, clients, and suppliers Evaluate project feasibility and financial accuracy Maintain organized documentation and ensure timely delivery of estimates Experience you will need: Strong experience in construction estimating and quantity take-offs Solid understanding of cost management and project budgeting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred) Experience in commercial or light industrial construction is a plus
