My client is currently looking for a
Mechanical Estimator
to support major commercial projects in the area. They're a reputable full service contractor that has been serving the state of Florida for many years with a strong backlog for future growth. They specialize on commercial, government, education and hospitality projects. They have a strong reputation in the Florida area and have won many awards for they're work and culture! What you will be doing: This person will prepare accurate estimates for projects by gathering information and analyzing important metrics. They will provide knowledge of the cost and benefits that support profitable business decisions, determine key variables, and gather information from sites, blueprints, vendors, subcontractors, and experience. The estimator must also be thorough and adept in managing relationships with key people. Managing multiple projects and tasks. What you need for this position: Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Bluebeam Revu, Trimble, and the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
