Senior Estimator
to work directly alongside the Chief Estimator. This is a
key hire,
someone who can step in, run estimates end-to-end, and play a major role in the companys next phase of growth. ????

The Role: Youll take ownership of full-cycle estimating across HVAC (primarily), plumbing, and mechanical scopes, working on a variety of large-scale projects while supporting junior team members and collaborating closely with leadership. ????
What were looking for: Strong background in
mechanical/HVAC estimating
(not general contracting) Ability to run estimates
