looking to hire a
Senior Estimator
to work directly alongside the Chief Estimator. This is a
key hire,
someone who can step in, run estimates end-to-end, and play a major role in the company’s next phase of growth. What’s in it for you: Clear progression into

as the company grows The Role: You’ll take ownership of full-cycle estimating across HVAC (primarily), plumbing, and mechanical scopes, working on a variety of large-scale projects while supporting junior team members and collaborating closely with leadership. mechanical/HVAC estimating
(not general contracting) Ability to run estimates
