Senior Estimator
to work directly alongside the Chief Estimator.
This is a
key hire,
someone who can step in, run estimates end-to-end, and play a major role in the company’s next phase of growth.

The Role: You’ll take ownership of full-cycle estimating across HVAC (primarily), plumbing, and mechanical scopes, working on a variety of large-scale projects while supporting junior team members and collaborating closely with leadership.
What we’re looking for: Strong background in
mechanical/HVAC estimating
(not general contracting) Ability to run estimates
independently from A–Z 10–15+ years' experience (flexible for the right person) Field or hands-on background (a strong plus) Confident communicator who can build relationships and move quickly
