What You’ll Do As a CSR, you are the first and last impression of our clinic. Your role is critical in creating a smooth, positive experience for every client.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting clients and checking patients in and out
Answering phones and managing appointment scheduling
Handling billing, invoices, and payment processing
Managing multiple phone lines while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor
Communicating clearly with clients about services, appointments, and follow-ups
Coordinating with technicians and doctors to keep the schedule flowing
Maintaining accurate client and patient records
Supporting front desk organization and daily operations
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (veterinary experience is a plus, not required)
Strong communication skills — both in person and over the phone
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Comfort with computers and learning new software systems
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and their pets
Schedule
Monday – Friday
Between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
No weekends
Compensation & Benefits
Starting pay: $16.00 – $18.00/hour (based on experience)
