Job Description:

Our client is seeking a motivated Customer Account Manager to manage client programs from post-sale kickoff through production and delivery. This role combines client relationship management, cross-functional coordination, and hands-on project execution. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong communication with both internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee client projects from initial setup through completion and ongoing support
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution
Convert customer requirements into clear production and manufacturing instructions
Maintain project documentation including specifications, artwork files, and packaging details
Track timelines, milestones, and performance metrics while proactively resolving challenges
Lead meetings, provide status updates, and ensure accountability across stakeholders
Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and support process enhancement initiatives
Monitor project costs, materials, and operational performance
Build strong client relationships through consistent communication and service

Qualifications:

3–6+ years of account management or project management experience
Experience in manufacturing, food production, or a related industry preferred
Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Understanding of production workflows, materials, and quality standards
Experience managing documentation such as artwork, specs, or packaging files preferred
ERP implementation exposure is a plus
Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
