Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandler, AZ, for a Next Gen Worship Director. The Next Gen Worship Director will be responsible for leading and developing worship experiences for next-generation ministries, including planning and leading worship services, rehearsing and mentoring volunteers, and coordinating music and worship elements. The role includes collaborating with ministry leaders to create engaging worship environments and ensuring the spiritual and musical development of the team. Qualifications
Proficiency in Worship Music, Church Music, and Music Ministry Skilled in playing Keyboards and other musical instruments Strong leadership and team-building capabilities Ability to mentor and guide volunteers with musical and spiritual development Experience in planning and organizing worship services Excellent communication and collaborative skills A passion for working with and engaging younger generations in worship Familiarity with contemporary worship trends and ability to integrate technology in worship Bachelor’s degree in Music, Worship Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required
