proven to support emotional wellbeing. What you’ll be doing: We’re seeking a

Community + Partnerships Lead (contract)

who will develop and lead our community ecosystem across digital platforms, loyalty programs, partnerships, and in-person events. You will actively develop and nurture communities across customers, friends of fel, and partners. This role blends community building, fan engagement, creator relationship management, experiential production, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about all things beauty, relationship-driven (in person and behind the screen), thoughtfully organized, and excited to build meaningful connections from inception to scale. Key Responsibilities: ·

Own all community-building initiatives (both existing and direct outreach with new members and platforms) across social and offline channels. ·

Develop community journey roadmaps – from onboarding to engagement to advocacy. ·

Design and execute TYB challenges with rewards on a weekly basis and provide insights and learnings to leadership and x-functional teams. ·

Organize online webinars, virtual meetups, or live community events. ·

Create referral and surprise and delight programs to deepen loyalty within community. ·

Collaborate with PR and Social teams on campaign amplification. ·

Monitor, track, and analyze community KPI’s (engagement rates, sentiment, conversion) to provide actional insights for growth. ·

Act as primary, public-facing voice of the brand, responding to questions and comments with a sense of urgency in a timely manner. ·

Coordinate community-driven seeding, gifting, and mailer preparation. ·

Create content for community channels and program updates. ·

Evaluate partnership opportunities and provide recommendations to leadership for approval. ·

Negotiate scope, terms, and finalize contracts. ·

Follow up on partnership launches from inception to execution – ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Requirements: ·

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field. ·

Beauty industry experience desired, beauty industry passion a must. ·

Proven prior experience as a community, social media, or partnerships manager. ·

Strong understanding of the beauty creator landscape, with an eye for brand-right collaborators. ·

Strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ·

Motivated self-starter who thrives in working autonomously as well as collaborating with a passionate team. ·

Strong verbal and written communication skills that represent the company’s voice. ·

Strong interpersonal skills – empathy, emotional intelligence, and ability to stay calm under pressure. ·

High attention to detail and follow-through. ·

Proficiency in analyzing data to track performance metrics. ·

Must be based in San Francisco Bay Area – working remotely primarily, with occasional in-person meetings. We offer: ·
