Event Coordinator Location : Location: Draper, UT, Hybrid, onsite 2 days/week Contract length : 6 months Pay : $35/hr to $40/hr, DOE (W2 and benefit options) Job Overview: Are you an experienced event coordinator ready to join a rockstar events team? We're looking for someone like you to join our well known financial service client! As their Event Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind our presence at trade shows. From pre-planning to post-show follow-up, you'll be at the forefront of our brand's success. Here's what the are looking for... Job Responsibilities: Own assigned trade shows and ensure all tasks are completed by deadlines Help manage end-to-end logistics, pre and post-marketing support, event set-up and teardown in addition to overseeing trade show inventory and booth assets Represent BILL at trade shows and other activities as needed Track, measure, and report our standard metrics across event marketing efforts Perform general administrative tasks to support team goals and objectives Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure event success Job Qualifications: 1-3 years of trade show or event marketing experience Exceptional attention to detail, project management, and organization skills Ability to work under tight deadlines Owner mentality; willing to jump in and help with special projects Sense of urgency and ability to deliver results in tight timeline Proven track record of successful event planning and execution Ability to travel up to 10% of the time Ability to work in the office 2x per week Experience using Salesforce, Marketo, and Asana
