The Client Relations Specialist will also help customers select the right internet speeds, TV packages, and Wi-Fi coverage for their home. The Client Relations Specialist’s approach will build trust and ensure that every customer gets the reliable connectivity they deserve. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will act as a trusted resource for Cypress, helping customers explore Frontier’s Internet and TV options. The Client Relations Specialist will then evaluate customer needs, recommend plans, and provide ongoing support to maximize their experience. Your role will focus on delivering service while ensuring customers understand the value of Frontier’s high-speed Internet and TV bundles. Core Functions of the Client Relations Specialist Provide Orange County customers with clear recommendations on Frontier Internet and TV services that fit residential priorities and sales objectives. Identify sales opportunities by tailoring premium Internet tiers, TV bundles, and Wi‑Fi solutions to evolving household needs. Simplify complex service features into customer‑friendly explanations that encourage confident enrollment and sales conversions. Reinforce Frontier’s value, seamless video conferencing, live sports packages, and streaming integration during consultations to support sales growth. Maintain structured schedules to drive consistent enrollments and expand Frontier’s sales footprint across Cypress and Southern California. Conduct follow‑ups to confirm satisfaction, resolve performance questions, and introduce new Frontier offerings that generate upsell sales. Education & Experience Needed for the Client Relations Specialist High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in client support or sales is a plus. Demonstrated ability to conduct account reviews and recommend premium packages. Skilled in presenting promotions, loyalty programs, and bundled offers to drive sales. Experience collaborating with sales teams to deliver targeted campaigns.
