Job Description Plans, designs, establishes and/or maintains an efficient and effective visual marketing program (VM) including signing, display, merchandise presentation and space utilization for Exchange facilities. Interprets, coordinates and ensures implementation of policies and procedures relating to the VM program. Job Grade 3 Job Tier 2 Career Area Marketing and Advertising Supervisor No Job Qualifications Three years of experience in graphics, advertising, visual merchandising, commercial art and/or design; ability to operate laminators, cutters and printers. Additional Qualifications/Requirements PCS Not Authorized/LSP of $15,000 May be Authorized Technical (Preferred/Required Skills/Systems) ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE - Preferred MICROSOFT OFFICE PRODUCTS - Preferred PHOTOSHOP - Preferred VISUAL MERCHANDISING TRAINING OR EXPERIENCE - Preferred VMF - Preferred Salary Minimum $45,142.00 Major Duties Maintains displays and signing according to VM program. Maneuver merchandise and/or other materials to create displays and signing. Attends meetings with operations squad, RA and sales and marketing managers. Performs other duties as assigned.
