Key Responsibilities for the Commercial Customer Service Representative
- Manage daily certificates of insurance
- Support annual policy renewals for commercial clients
- Perform accurate data entry and policy updates
- Review and process construction‑related contracts
- Provide responsive customer service via phone and email
- Assist with service work on a commercial book of business
Qualifications for the Commercial Customer Service Representative
- 1+ year of clerical or administrative experience
- Exposure to contracts or document review preferred
- Insurance experience a plus (required for top of range)
- Associate’s Degree strongly preferred
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
