Salary: $25–28/hour

Key Responsibilities for the Commercial Customer Service Representative

  • Manage daily certificates of insurance
  • Support annual policy renewals for commercial clients
  • Perform accurate data entry and policy updates
  • Review and process construction‑related contracts
  • Provide responsive customer service via phone and email
  • Assist with service work on a commercial book of business

Qualifications for the Commercial Customer Service Representative

  • 1+ year of clerical or administrative experience
  • Exposure to contracts or document review preferred
  • Insurance experience a plus (required for top of range)
  • Associate’s Degree strongly preferred
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
