Production Coordinator

Flipper’s Roller Boogie Palace (FRBP) is hiring a Production Coordinator to support apparel production between our design team and factories. This is a full-time contract role with the opportunity to convert to full-time with benefits. Looking for a collaborative operator who gets sh*t done. Immediate start preferred. What You’ll Do Coordinate between design team and factories (domestic + overseas) Manage production timelines, approvals, and deliverables Maintain WIP reports and time-and-action calendars Track tech packs, specs, revisions, and files Support product development from proto/SMS through bulk production Partner cross-functionally with design, merchandising, and vendors Ensure accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery Maintain product margins across SKUs; negotiate with factories as needed What You Bring Experience in apparel production (streetwear a plus) Strong understanding of the production lifecycle Highly organized with strong follow-through ERP/PLM experience preferred (Full Circle a plus) Ability to read and build Adobe Illustrator tech packs Comfortable working on-site in Los Angeles and visiting vendors Bonus Existing vendor/factory relationships Experience in fast-paced, drop-based environments Fashion startup experience Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
